"After several other consults or trying to schedule for a consult with some bigger offices I found that the customer care I received at Dr. Patel's office was outstanding and far exceeded my other office communications and scheduling. They made it so easy from the initial phone consult with one of his staff, detailing the process and procedure I was interested in and even had a flat rate range of fees for a standard procedure I was looking into. I loved this no fuss approach, so many offices make you meet with the doctor several times or pay deposits just to get in the door and find out about the procedure and costs. I loved being able to have an open and honest conversation about that before I even needed to book my in person consult. Dr. Patel took the time to look at me, talk about my concerns, take photographs himself, and then sit down and review with me my goals.
