For surgical procedures, you may call or schedule a consultation online. Please read this FAQ page before scheduling.
We generally see patients Monday afternoon, Wednesday all day, and Friday afternoon – but we do make exceptions!
Before Your Consultation
We prefer that you complete your
Intake Forms online.
Also, please be sure to review our Office Policies.
During Your Consultation
Please keep in mind we may want to take your photograph to show you morphed before-and-after images. Please avoid excess makeup to allow a more accurate evaluation.
