Phone Consultation
If you are interested in discussing one of Dr. Patel's surgeries, our first step is to schedule a phone consultation with our patient coordinator, Keri (see bottom of this page). After your phone consultation, you will be able to schedule an in- person consultation with Dr. Patel.

During this call, we will answer any questions you have regarding our practice, procedure information, and cost estimate.
At Home/Remote
Phone Consultation
Our patient coordinator will call you during your selected time. After your call, you may schedule a paid in-office consultation with Dr. Patel for a later date.
