Is It Safe To Get Nose Fillers After Rhinoplasty?

Anand Patel • May 18, 2021

Question: "I have had 2 rhinoplastys. Where the dorsal hump was removed there is now a small “dip”. I cannot have revision rhinoplasty until Summer 2022 due to work schedules. Would it be safe and effective to get nose filler to camouflage the dip until I get it surgically fixed? Rhinoplasty was in July 2020."

Answer: "Yes, you can use filler prior to your revision, however, all the filler should be 'gone' at the time of the procedure. For this reason, I suggest using a hyaluronic acid filler that will not last too long. Your surgeon can help you plan the time frame."
