First, a discreet incision is made. The silicone implant, soaked thoroughly with an antibiotic solution, is then positioned in the chin. The implant is temporarily secured with sutures. The body forms a capsule around the implant to keep it in place. Chin implants are safe, reversible and can be sized up or down.
